About Me – Coach Austin

My name is Coach Austin, and I’m a massage and wellness coach based in Los Angeles, California.
My journey into wellness started more than 6 years ago, after struggling with constant muscle tension and stress caused by long work hours and intense training sessions. I wanted to understand how the body really works — how to recover, how to relax, and how to feel good again.

I began studying massage therapy, body mechanics, and recovery techniques, and I quickly discovered how powerful massage can be, not only for the body, but also for the mind. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel lighter, stronger, and more balanced.

Today, I work with clients from all backgrounds — athletes, entrepreneurs, students, and people dealing with pain or anxiety — and I guide them step by step to create a healthier lifestyle through massage knowledge, body recovery, and simple daily habits.

I believe that healing starts with understanding your body.

My mission is to share everything I’ve learned, in a simple and accessible way, so that you can take control of your physical well-being and feel your best every day.
